Whenever I give a keynote speech we use the valuegraphics database (the worlds first global inventory of shared human values) to create values-driven insights to engage whoever my audience wants to reach.

But there's an even bigger mission that drives us: to see human values embedded into AI tools so the future of work reflects our shared humanity.

As organizations navigate the AI revolution, the most important question isn't about technology capabilities—it's about how AI can serve what humans actually value.
